Library of Creativity: Articles and Links

When we are skilled in a craft, we enjoy spending time on it, and both of these factors enhance creativity.  On this page we've collected some general links about creativity enhancement, but we've also included a wide variety of "idea sites" that may spark some new creative connections.  Even if you don't consider yourself "skilled" in a particular area, however, consider taking a look at its link anyway. Artists have sometimes created entirely new categories simply by combining two or three skill sets in unusual ways.

Galleries and Idea Sites

We've all seen stained glass windows in churches and cathedrals, and most are not unaware of Tiffany Lamps.  But modern artists are creating works in stained glass that might challenge our preconceived views of the art. We loved Carolyn Insler's work, and we hope you will too.

Olga's Gallery carries an extensive collection of famous paintings from museums all over the world. In the site's own words, "On our pages you will find over 10,000 works of art. We are dedicated to bringing you quality information about artists and their artwork from all around the world."

Bruce Hedges is a talented artist from South Pasadena, California. Visit his blog to see some examples of his work, or to contact him directly for purchase information.
